Lawyer Rodolfo Edgar Shiguango Andi, MSc., accredited professional with Registration 15-2017-55 of the Lawyers' Forum of the Judiciary Council, is a Lawyer from the National University of Loja (UNL) and Master in Procedural Law from the Bolivarian University of Ecuador (UBE). He has a distinguished work history both in the public administration where he served as National Commissioner, General Police Superintendent in the Government of Napo, and Legal Analyst in the Secretariat of Intercultural Bilingual Education and Ethnoeducation (SEIBE) as well as in private practice, a activity to which he currently dedicates himself. Likewise, he has contributed to the academic field as the author of the thesis "Sanctions established for the crime of psychological violence that causes severe harm are not proportional" and the scientific article "The principle of equality and its impact on shared custody based on Judgment No. 28-15-IN/21".
