Edwin René Palma Echeverría

Edwin Palma Echeverría is a nominal partner and founder of the tax legal division of ASESLAW | ASESTAX, his professional career has always been linked to legal, financial and tax matters, working in the public sector and private companies. He directs the legal area in the branches of tax law, constitutional law, labor law and tax criminal law, advising individuals and national companies in different economic sectors. He complements his professional practice in the area of litigation, representing important cases before the courts of the republic. His advice has focused on the construction, real estate, software development, education, transportation sectors, among others. He currently works as a professor at UTE University, and has been a lecturer for Central University of Ecuador, UTPL, Israel University, Technical University of the North, among others. He is a Lawyer, specialist in Taxation, Master in Administrative Law and Master in Management Administration. In addition, he is an Engineer in Finance and Auditing, CPA.
