I am an Ecuadorian lawyer with postgraduate training in Human Rights, Criminal Procedural Law and Oral Litigation, committed to the defense of justice and the promotion of fundamental rights. My professional career has been characterized by the responsible and ethical practice of law, providing comprehensive advice in criminal, civil, family and administrative matters. Throughout my career, I have led and won relevant cases in criminal and administrative processes, achieving favorable resolutions that have protected the fundamental rights of my clients. I have participated in recognized legal research at the academic level, obtaining recognition from the Colima Forensic Sciences Institute for the publication of the scientific article "Law and Artificial Intelligence" along with my team. I have successfully managed legal strategies that have allowed companies and individuals to avoid sanctions and optimize their processes in accordance with current regulations. I have experience in drafting legal documents, developing case theories and representing clients in hearings, as well as in training and guiding interns, promoting practical learning of the law.
