About me:
In my more than three-year career at IOM - UN Migration, I have consolidated my skills in legal advice and management, focusing on improving the mission's operation so that it can properly fulfill its mandate to protect the human rights of migrants and refugees. Our team works to ensure their social inclusion and effective access to justice, a fundamental pillar in the promotion of human dignity. Currently, as a National Legal Assistant, I lead the organization of the legal department, the negotiation of crucial contracts for its proper functioning, and the drafting of agreements that strengthen the organization's mission. My experience has allowed me to structure the legal unit and collaborate closely with government and private entities, always in compliance with international and local regulations. My commitment lies in the constant search for improvements in the legal and humanitarian field to optimize the organization's operation and the achievement of its objectives.
