Santiago Cárdenas Villacrés is a graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Quito with a degree in Lawyer of the Courts and Judges of the Republic, he has practiced Civil, Commercial and Business Law specifically since 2008, after a few years as an assistant and legal consultant for a law firm, he created his own legal firm project, LEXMASTER, which offers specialized legal services in property, commercial acts, obligations and contracts. Lawyer Cárdenas has extensive experience in proposing and closing out-of-court negotiations, as well as judicial negotiations, litigation of civil cases in the various procedures established in the legal system of the Republic of Ecuador, he has represented hundreds of individuals and legal entities before Civil Courts, Arbitration Tribunals, specialized Chambers of the Provincial Courts of Justice, both in the sierra region and the coast, and before the National Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court of Ecuador.
