About me:
In charge of the division of processes and litigious matters of the firm, I sponsor and advise our clients before the ordinary justice, facing mainly criminal and constitutional processes. I obtained my degree accrediting me as a Lawyer of the Courts of the Republic of Ecuador at the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil in 2005, having previously obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social and Political Sciences, and later a Specialization in Public Law at the same academic institution, from which I also received an academic mention in 2004 for having excelled as one of the best students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence. In the professional field, I have held various positions in the public function related to the administration of justice and the imposition of order, among which stand out the First National Police Commissariat of the Guayaquil Canton (judge of criminal offenses) and the Fourth Municipal Commissariat of the Guayaquil Canton (judge of municipal offenses). In the free professional practice, I work in the Criminal field, with a tradition of excellence imposed by my father, the renowned lawyer Carlos Luis Sánchez Díaz (+), who practiced the profession for nearly thirty years leading numerous important local and national cases.
